Hi Knob, In general most of the biomedical equipments are manufactured in Germany. For example: Draeger Ventilators (German company based in Leubeck), Carl zeiss for medical lenses, Karl storz endoscopes and so on. And also there are more opportunities to go for research jobs as well.
